摘要
随着高炉的大型化和高喷煤低焦比操作,对焦炭的质量要求逐步提高,从炼焦工艺分析,目前提高焦炭质量的工艺手段主要有成型煤、煤调湿、分组粉碎、火落管理和干熄焦等,从未来发展趋势来看需要进一步提高工艺手段,提高焦炭质量的针对性和有效性。
The coke quality requirement from blast furnace was gradually increased in recent years duo to the emergence of big volume blast furnace and its high PCI ＆ low coke rate operation. The new coke making operations,such as pellet coal,coal moisture control,coal crushing by groups,coke soaking management and coke dry quenching,could be very useful approaches to upgrade the coke quality. While in the future,more effective more targeted methods should be adopted to improve the coke quality.
