摘要
目的评价全球基金艾滋病项目执行效果,为全球基金艾滋病项目后3年的工作提供科学依据。方法采取分层整群随机抽样的方法。随机匿名问卷调查居民299人,中学生448人、流动人群101人;采取普查的方法,匿名问卷调查暗娼52人、感染者/病人144人。结果暗娼、感染者/病人、流动人群、居民、中学生艾滋病知识平均知晓率分别为为90.4%、95.1%、87.1%、85.7%、86.7%;无偿献血知识平均知晓率分别为71.2%、70.1%、63.0%、67.3%、48.9%。艾滋病自愿咨询检测覆盖率85.1%;暗娼、感染者及病人、流动人群安全套使用率分别为76.9%、90.9%、15.3%;90.7%的艾滋病家庭学龄子女减免了学杂费,98.9%的艾滋病感染/病人得到关怀与救助,100%的艾滋病孕妇获得了免费的母婴传播阻断,95.3%和96.8%的病人能够得到及时的抗机会性感染治疗和抗病毒治疗。结论界首市全球基金艾滋病项目工作取得了明显的成效,各项干预工作仍须进一步加强。
Objective In order to appraise effect of global fund AIDS project and provide the scientific basis for the last three years work of global fund AIDS project. Method Using the lamination entire group random sampling method, 299 inhabitants, 448 middle - school students, 101 mobile crowds were surveyed with questionnaire; Adopting the general survey method, 52 unlicensed prostitutes, 144 infection/patients were surveyed with questionnaire. Results The rate of response about AIDS knowledge were 90.4%, 95.1%, 87.1%, 85.7% and 86.7% in the unlicensed prostitutes, the infection/patients, the mobile crowds, the inhabitants and middle - school students respectively; The rate of response about Donates blood without compensation knowledge were 71.2% ,70.1%, 63.0%, 67.3% and 48.9% respectively . The rate of response about VCT knowledge was 85.1% ; The tmlicensed prostitute, the infection and the patient, the mobile crowd life jacket utilization ratio were 76.9%, 90.9% and 15.3% respectively, 90.7% school age children of AIDS families reduced the miscellaneous school fees, 98.9% AIDS infection and the patient obtained the concern and the rescue, 100% AIDS pregnant woman obtained the free disseminate blocks from mother to infant, 95.3% and 96.8% patients could obtain the prompt anti - opportunity infection treatment and the anti - viral treatment. Conclusions The global fund AIDS project had got good results and strengthened AIDS control and prevention effectively in Jie Shou city.
