The Analysis of Stability of Circadian Model Using the Monotone System

摘要 基于单调系统理论的复杂生理节律模型的稳定性分析,主要是通过对果蝇的生理节律模型——per和tim两种蛋白质的周期震荡,进行了分析,根据该模型的输入输出特性,给出了该模型的单调性的数学证明,同时根据该模型的单调性定理的证明,得到了该类系统的全局渐近稳定性条件,通过仿真实验验证了这一结论. With the analysis of drosophila per and tim circadian model using the monotone systems theory, the conditions of circadian oscillation have been derived. With the I/O characterization of the model, the papers proves the monotoncity of the model mathematically. The condition of global asymptotic stability was derived from the monotone theory. At last, the result had been validated by simulation.
