摘要 研究了阳离子纤维素醚(JR-30M)水溶液的流变性质,讨论了浓度、温度、PH值、外加盐对其溶液零切黏度的影响.结果表明:JR-30M水溶液在质量浓度为0.5~20g/L范围内表现为假塑性流体,超过7g/L后,牛顿指数n从原先的单调下降开始回升进而发生波动;JR-30M零切黏度随温度升高而降低,当缓冲溶液的pH值从3升至6,JR-30M溶液的黏流活化能从75.08kJ/mol降到36.83kJ/mol,而溶液的黏度随体系酸性的减弱而升高.由此推断在一定酸性条件下,JR-30M能形成有序相;JR-30M溶液的黏度随所加盐的类型及浓度不同而呈复杂变化. The rheological properties of cationic cellulose ether (JR-30M) in aqueous solution were studied and the effects of concentration (ρJR), temperature, pH value and additive salt were discussed. In a certain rangé of concentration, JR-30M solution exhibited pseudoplastic behavior. However, viscosity behavior index (n) did not always decrease with ρJR increasing. It rose and even fluctuated after ρJR larger than 7 g/L. Its zero shear- rate viscosity dropped with temperature. In buffer solutions of pH=3- 6 with the concentration of 5 g/L, the activation energy of viscous fluid flow (Ea) were from 75.08 kJ/mol to 36.83 kJ/mol, but the viscosity of these JR-30M solutions increased when pH values increased from 3 to 6, suggesting that JR-30M could form ordered structure or some ordered micro-region in the solutions. The addition of different concentration and type of salt resulted in the complicated changes of JR-30M solution.
