摘要
对瓦楞纸板进行疲劳压缩试验,测定分析压缩次数、频率、压缩量对瓦楞纸板塑性变形、承载能力、缓冲性能的影响,并与未压缩材料进行比较.结果表明,不同的疲劳压缩条件不同程度上降低了瓦楞纸板的动力学性能,缓冲包装设计时,应考虑疲劳效应对瓦楞纸板衬垫缓冲性能的影响,以确保实现预期缓冲包装的要求.
The fatigue compressing test .of corrugated fiberboard was conducted. The effects of the compression magnitude, compression frequency and number of compression on the plasticity deformation, bearing capacity and cushioning coefficient of corrugated fiberboard were determined, compared with non-compressed corrugated fiberboard. The results showed that the dynamic properties of corrugated fiberboard are descended with the variable fatigue compressing conditions. The influence of fatigue on the properties of cushion material should be considered to meet the anticipated cushioning effect.
