摘要
[目的]了解某地各年度城乡各医疗机构消毒质量差异情况,为防制工作提供依据。[方法]按《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》对某地2002～2005年各医疗机构消毒效果质量进行了监测。[结果]医疗机构消毒效果监测结果总合格率为81.90.%,其中市级医院为91.65%、乡镇卫生院为86.53%、个体诊所为73.67%。在各类样品监测中医院合格率最高,其次是乡镇卫生院,而个体诊所为最低。[结论]某地各医疗机构消毒效果质量存在明显的差别,今后应该针对性地加强各单位的消毒质量管理和监督,杜绝院内感染的发生。
[Objective]To understand the differences of sterilizing quality of respective years in urban and rural medical institutions in somewhere,and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment work.[Methods]According to＂the sterilizing technological specification＂and＂hospital sterilizing hygienic standard＂,the sterilizing quality in urban and rural medical institutions in somewhere from 2002 to 2005 were monitored.[Results]The total qualified rate of sterilizing effect in all medical institutions was 81.90%,and the qualified rates of municipal hospitals,township health centers and private clinics were 91.65%,86.53% and 73.67%,respectively.For the monitoring on all kinds of samples,the highest qualified rate was in the hospitals,then in the small township health centers,and the lowest was in the private clinics.[Conclusions]There are obvious differences of sterilizing quality existing in different medical institutions in the locality.Management and supervision of sterilizing quality should be reinforced directly to eliminate the hospital infection.
