摘要
[目的]弄清O139群霍乱弧菌在我市引起突发公共卫生事件的原因及传播来源,找到防控措施。[方法]用碱性胨水对所采样品进行增菌,四号琼脂平板作病原菌分离,Cpi20E作生化学鉴定,O139诊断血清作菌群诊断,同时用PCR作菌株毒力测定,引物是CtxA,用KB法作药物敏感试验。[结果]我市O139群霍乱疫情共作样本215件,检出42株病原性弧菌,并从相关食物链甲鱼中检出3株,生化鉴定率为99.9%,从病人及甲鱼中检出的O139群霍乱弧菌生化反应一致,毒力基因相同。对青霉素等数10种抗生素耐药、先锋类及复哌酸敏感。[结论]我市O139群霍乱疫情由外地输入甲鱼带染所致,病人及甲鱼中检出O139群霍乱弧菌具有同源性。
[Objective]To investigate the reason and source of Vibrio cholerae(VC)O139 prevalence in Mianyang,and to find the corresponding prevention and control measures.[Methods]Alkaline peptone was used as culture media and 4# agar plate was employed to isolate bacterial pathogen.Cpi20E was used in biochemical identification and O139 diagnostic serum was adopted in flora identification.PCR was employed in pathogen strain virulence test,in which CtxA was used as primer.K-B method(Kirby-Bauer method)was adopted in drug sensitivity test.[Results]A total of 42 strains of pathogenic comma bacillus were isolated from 215 samples in Mianyang,in which 3 strains were found in turtle food,with a biochemical identification ratio of 99.9%.Vibrio cholerae O139 pathogen from patients and the ones from turtle food had the same biochemical reaction and virulence gene,and showed drug resistance to ten kinds of antibiotics(including penicillins).The pathogen was also found to be sensitive to Norfloxacin and cephalosporins.[Conclusions]Virbrio cholerae O139 prevalence in Mianyang city is caused by the turtle food,which are imported from other place.Vibrio cholerae O139 isolated from the patients and that from turtle food are homologous.
