摘要
[目的]为研究非医学院校大学生及医学院校大学生对艾滋病(AIDS)知识的掌握程度,探讨对这两者进行健康教育的工作重点。[方法]采用自行设计的AIDS相关知识的问卷,用分层整群抽样的方法抽取北华大学非医学院校在校学生共612人,医学院计754人进行调查。将两者的调查问卷结果进行比较以确定两者艾滋病相关知识方面的差异。[结果]非医学院校与医学院校大学生在AIDS相关知识、传播途径和对待AIDS的态度等有关认识方面存在统计学差异。[结论]在非医学院校大学生中应加强有关AIDS知识的普及教育;在医学院校大学生中应加强有关AIDS仿制知识的教育。
[Objective]To understand the status of AIDS related knowledge among medical and non-medical university students and to explore the relevant health education approaches to these two groups of population.[Methods]By adopting the method of stratified cluster sampling,a self-designed questionnaire investigation on AIDS related knowledge was conducted among students in Beihua university,including 612 non-medical university students and 754 medical students.The results of questionnaire investigation were analyzed to explore the difference on AIDS related knowledge between non-medical and medical students.[Results]There were significant differences between the two groups of students in aspects of AIDS related knowledge,route of transmission and attitude towards AIDS.[Conclusions]It is necessary to strengthen the health education on AIDS related knowledge among non-medical students,and to strengthen education on AIDS prevention and control among medical students.
