摘要
[目的]研究公用DALYs公式中年龄权数。[方法]采用数理统计方法进行推理并结合实例演算。[结果]DALYs公式中年龄权数中β、K等参数的变化对DALYs影响很大。[结论]加强DALYs公式中参数的本土化研究很有必要。
[Objective]To study age weighting in DALYs Fuction.[Methods]Mathematical statistics method was used and ratiocinated for the calculation of burden of disease.[Results]The calculation of DALYs were seriously influenced by some parameters including β、K and so on.[Conclusions]It＇s essential to carry out local study of these parameters of DALYs Fuction.
