摘要
[目的]评价莆田市实施结核病控制工作的成效。[方法]通过对疫情统计资料进行分析,了解项目实施前后病人登记治疗情况的改变,分析其原因。[结果]涂阳病人登记率大幅上升的同时,涂阴病人登记率明显下降,登记病人的治疗管理情况明显好转。[结论]世行贷款项目带来新的"DOTS"(现代结核病控制管理)策略,明显提高了对结核病的控制。
[Objective]To evaluate the effectiveness of TB control work in Putian.[Methods]The statistical data of TB epidemic situation were analyzed.The situations of registration and treatment of patients before and after TB control project were compared and the causes were analyzed.[Results]With the upswing increase of registration rate of smear positive patients,the registration rate of smear negative patients decreased obviously.The situation of treatment and management of registered patients was improved.[Conclusions]The implementation of the World Bank load program brings new DOTS strategy and obviously improves the effectiveness of TB control work.
