摘要
采用球磨法制备三种复合型光催化剂TiN/TiO2、Si/TiN/TiO2和Ge/TiN/TiO2。分别研究了其光催化活性、最佳球磨时间和TiN、Si、Ge的最佳掺杂比。实验结果表明,球磨法制备的复合型光催化剂的活性较好。
The coupled photocatalyst TiN/TiO2 is prepared by ball milling through doping TiN into TiO2, the optimum ball milling time and optimum percentage of TiN doped are also investigated. Based on TiN/TiO2 , the photocatalysts such as Si/TiN/TiO2 and Ge/TiN/ TiO2 are prepared by fixing the dosage of TiN. The optimum ball milling time and optimal percentage of Si,Ge are also studied. In addi- tion, the physical property of these coupled photocatalysts and the mechanism of improved photocatalytic activity are investigated as well. The results show that the best percentage of TiN is 0.5 wt ‰, and the best ball milling time is 6 hours for TiN/TiO2. As for Si/TiN/TiO2 and Ge/TiN/TiO2 photocatalysts, they have the best photodegradation efficiency of Cr6 + with the best percentage of Si 5 wt ‰and Ge 0.5 wt%o respectively, and the best ball milling time are 12 hours and 6 hours respectively, they have the best photodegradation efficiency of NO2- with the best percentage of Si 50 wt %oand Ge 50 wt ‰ respectively, and the best ball milling time are 6 hours and 12 hours respectively.
