实验白鼠微血管操作技术改进探讨

摘要 目的:探讨白鼠微血管显微操作技术的改进,为相关实验操做提供技术参考。方法:选择清洁级白鼠在水合氯醛麻醉下进行腹腔及肾脏血管的暴露、分离、缝合,通过改进操作技术,比较动物微小血管实验操作技术的效果。结果:新旧两种实验操作方法产生的效果存在显著差异。结论:改进后的动物实验微创操作可明显减少实验误差及动物死亡。
