摘要
目的:观察鹿羊乳癖康颗粒对家兔乳腺增生病的影响,为临床实验提供理论依据。方法:用雌性健康家兔制作兔乳腺增生病动物模型,测定兔血清中雌二醇含量的变化、兔乳腺重量及光镜下兔乳腺组织的改变,评价鹿羊乳癖康颗粒调节激素等的治疗作用。结果:鹿羊乳癖康颗粒各组用药后家兔血清雌二醇含量均低于模型组,且低、中、高剂量组对降低实验家兔血清雌二醇含量有较好的剂量效应依赖关系。中、高剂量组与模型组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),高剂量组降低达51.01%。乳腺重量、直径、小叶数量和组织病理观察结果表明,不同剂量鹿羊乳癖康颗粒对家兔乳腺增生均有明显的抑制作用。结论:鹿羊乳癖康颗粒对实验性家兔乳腺增生病有明显的治疗效果,可抑制家兔乳腺组织增生,且具有明显的量效依赖关系。其对家兔乳腺增生的抑制作用优于阳性对照药乳疾灵颗粒。
Objective：To study the therapeutic effects of Luyang Rupikang Keli on hyperplasia of mammary glands in rabbit,and provides some evidence for clinical assay. Methods： Mastopathy model was prepared by the use of diethylstilbestrol and progesterone among female rabbits. The concentration of estradiol in serum was estimated and mammary gland weight was measured, Pathologic changes in morphology were observed by microscopy to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Luyang Rupikang Keli. Results.. Compared with that of model group,the content of estradiol was reduced in treating groups, especially in middle and high-dose treating groups,there was a significant difference, P〈0. 01. The level of estradiol has a dose-dependent relationship with Luyang Rupikang Keli, The changes in mammary gland weight and morphology indicated that Luyang Rupikang Keli obviously inhibited the hyperplasia of breast. Conclusion： Luyang Rupikang Keli can inhibit effectively hyperplasia of mammary glands in rabbit.
