摘要
应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图对比观测84例有、无并发症的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（NIDDM）患者及50例正常人的左、右心室功能。结果显示：NIDDM患者的左、右心室舒张及收缩功能均减退，早期以舒张功能减退为著，继之，收缩功能受损。高血压、冠心病、微血管病变等并发症可进一步加重损害，且左、有心室舒张功能参数间有显著相关关系，而收缩功能参数相关性较差。
Pulsed Deppler echocardiography was used to evaluated the left ventricular function and right ventricular function in 84 patients with NIDDM with or without complication of hypertension,CHD,et al and 50 normal subjects. The results showed that left and right ventricular diastolic and systolic function were all decreased in patients with NIDDM. It early impaired diastolic function,later on systolic fqnction. Hypertension,CHD and microvascular complication can accelerate the impairment of cardiac function. A significant correlation was found in diastolic function between right and left ventricle. There was not correlation in systolic function between the left and right ventricle.
