摘要
目的探讨治疗老年人慢性泪囊炎更有效的手术方法。方法21例(22眼)老年人(≥60岁)慢性泪囊炎患者行鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术,术后进行泪道冲洗、鼻内镜检查随访3～68个月。结果治愈20/22眼(91%)、好转1/22眼(4.5%)、有效率21/22(95.5%)。结论鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效好,简便快捷,尤其适合老年人群。
[Objective] To explore more effective surgical treatment for chronic dacryocystitis of old people. [Method] 21 old patients （22 eyes） of chronic dacryocystitis, who were over 60 years old, were submitted to endoscopy dacryocystorhinostomy. They underwent the irrigation of lacrimal passage after the surgery, and were followed up by endoscopy for a period range from 3-68 months. [Result] 20/22 eyes（91%） were cured, 1/22 eyes （4.5%） were improved, and the total effective rate reached to 21/22（95.5%）. [Conclusion] The endoscopy dacryocystorhinostomy has been shown to be a more effective and more convenient method compared to the traditional way, especially suits old people of chronic dacryoeystitis.
