介绍了基于Pro/E的DVD按钮注射模的设计过程。利用Plastic Advisor(塑料顾问)进行熔体流动模拟分析,以确定最佳的浇口位置等,该实例体现了Pro/E软件在模具设计中的优越性。
The plastic injection mold design process of the DVD button based on Pro/E was introduced. Using plastic advisor to carry on the melt flow analysis, determined the best gate location, which embodied the advantages of Pro/E in die ＆ mold design.
