摘要
土地利用总体规划环境影响评价是环境影响评价的重要组成部分,探讨土地利用总体规划环境影响评价方法是当前研究热点。通过分析土地利用总体规划环境影响评价及其研究方法,着重论述了空间格局分析法在土地利用总体规划环境影响评价研究中的应用,总结出存在的一些问题并提出解决方法,旨在为空间格局分析法在土地利用总体规划环境影响评价研究中的广泛应用提供较明晰的思路。
Environmental assessment of general land use planning is a major component of environmental assessment, and the study of the method of environmental assessment of general land use plan is the key to environmental assessment. This paper analyzes the environmental assessment of general land use plan and its methods, and points out that spatial analysis is an effective method in the research of environmental assessment. The paper also offers some suggestions for the solution of the research in order to find a way for the research of the environmental assessment of general land use plan.
