摘要全球化已经成为我们这个时代的特征。在全球化背景下,危险废物的国际贸易正日益影响着发展中国家,尤其是最不发达国家的生态环境和人民健康。这种现象的出现不仅受到了全球化的影响,更是涉及政治、经济、科学技术和环境保护运动等多重因素。真正了解危险废物国际贸易现象的背景与原因,才能制定相应的政策措施,做到有的放矢。 Globalization has become the characteristic of our times. Under the globalization, the hazardous wastes trade has its negative impacts on the ecosystems, environment and the public＇s health in the developing countries, especially the least developed countries. This factor has its reasons of affecting by the globalization, and of involving in politics, economy, science, technology and environment protection. Only when know the backgrounds and reasons can we make the policies that have a definite objective in view.
