摘要
我院近期诊治胰岛素瘤5例，手术3例，1例为多发性肿瘤。曾分别误诊为癫痫、感染性休克、颅内占位等。Whipple三联征与IRI／GS＞0．3有定性诊断意义。多次B超检查结合CT重复扫描可帮助定位。手术无遗漏，效果满意。Santosdatin，Diamox及胰区放射治疗对术后胰瘘治疗效果明显。
This paper reports 5 misdiagnoses cases of insulinoma including 3 cases cured by operation and 1 Case with multiple tumors. The misdiagnoses include seizure, infective shock、brain tumor etc. Whipple's triad and IRI/GS>0. 3 are precises determinants in diagnosis. Serial ultrasonography and CAT-scan are significant for determining the exact location of the lesions. Surgery is satisfactory if no lesion occurs. Santosdatin, Diamox and radiotherapy have curative effects on pencreatic fistules (a comman complication of the operation).
