摘要
50例择期硬膜外手术病人随机分成中低位硬膜外组、高位硬膜外合肾上腺素组和高位硬膜外3组，观察麻醉与手术对血浆ET和EDF水平的影响。结果发现，3组麻醉后血浆ET和EDF水平均明显下降，术中、术毕较麻醉后略有回升，但仍略低于麻醉前。血浆ET及EDF水平与SBP、DBP、MAP呈明显正相关。
50 patients underwent oprations including cholecystectomy, subtotal uterectomy etc, with epidural anesthesia were divided into three grouch randomly: middle and low epidural anesthesia group, high epidural anesthesia group, high anesthesia with adrenalin group. The plasma endothelin and endigin levels were measured by radioimmunoaasey. The results showed that the plasma endothelin and endigin levels were sharply lowered after anesthesia in three groups. The plasma endothelin and endigin levels were slightly raiser during operation and after operation than those after anesthesia, but lower slightly than those before anesthesia. The plasma of endothelin and endigin levels were sharply positive correlation with SBP, SDP and MAP.
