摘要
从白首乌Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:蒲公英醇乙酸酯(Ⅰ),Cynanchone A(Ⅱ),丁二酸(Ⅲ),白桦脂酸(Ⅳ),开德苷元(Ⅴ),隔山消苷CIN(Ⅵ),隔山消苷KIN(Ⅶ)。其中化合物Ⅰ-Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective： To study on the chemical constituents of mot of Cynanchum anriculctum Royle ex Wight. Methods： The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods, and the spectroscopic methods （MS, NMR） were used to identify their sturctures. Results： Seven compounds were obtained and identified as： taraxasterol acetate （ Ⅰ ） , cynanchone A （ Ⅱ ） , succinie acid （ Ⅲ ） , betulinie acid （ Ⅳ ） ,kidjoranin （ Ⅴ ） , wilfoside CIN （Ⅵ） , wilfoside KIN （ Ⅶ ）. Conclusion： Compounds Ⅰ -Ⅳ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
