摘要
目的:观察奥硝唑碘仿糊剂根管治疗乳磨牙慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。方法:选择门诊确诊为慢性根尖周炎患儿90例184颗乳磨牙,随机分成两组,实验组96颗患牙,对照组88颗患牙,采用两种不同材料奥硝唑碘仿糊剂和甲硝唑碘仿糊剂分别对患牙作根管充填,并进行对照分析。结果:2年后实验组成功率达95.83%,对照组成功率达81.82%,两组相比有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:奥硝唑碘仿糊剂是乳磨牙慢性根尖周炎良好的根管充填材料。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the omidazolc-iodofoml paste against chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous molar through root canal stuffing, Methods：A total of 184 deciduous molars from 90 children who suffered from chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly allocated to treatment group（ n= 96） and control group （ n= 88）. The treatment group were obturated with the ornidazolcqodoform paste in comparison with the control group by giving metronidazole -iodoform paste for clinical resuhs. Results：The follow-up after two years revealed that 95.83% cases were cured, but that was 81.82% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Ornidazole-iodoform paste can be effective in treating chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous molar tooth.
