恒肋重鳍片管换热与流动特性的三维数值模拟

摘要 利用FLUENT软件对省煤器横截面积恒定的4种矩形鳍片管的传热和流动特性进行了三维数值模拟,将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行了比较,并编程计算分析了四种鳍片的换热效率。结果表明:恒重时,随鳍片厚度肋效率增大,其对流换热效果增加,但流动阻力也增大;5mm×20mm矩形鳍片管的换热效果较高并且流动阻力系数较小,其综合强化传热效果好。 Heat transfer performance and flow characteristic of four kinds of economizer rectangular fin tube were simulated with FLUENT software,when the cross-sectional area of the rectangular fin is definite.The numerical simulation results were compared with the experimental results and the thermal-exchanging efficiency of the four rectangular fins were calculated and analyzed.It is revealed that:when the weightiness of the fin is constant,the more of the thickness of the fin,the high of the efficiency,while the heat transfer performance increased,the flow drag accrete grew;the integrative heat transfer performance of the fin(5mm×20mm) is preferable,because of the synergic degree between the velocity field and the temperature field is better and the flow drag is lower.
