Ghrelin和Obestatin及其对生长的作用研究进展
Progress of Chrelin and Obestatin in Growth
摘要
Ghrelin是近几年发现的一种脑肠肽,其受体GHSR具有很强的促生长激素释放的作用;Obestatin是最近发现的一种与Ghrelin源于同一基因的多肽,其受体为GPR39,但在功能上表现出与Ghrelin完全不同甚至截然相反的作用。目前认为,Obestatin能够对抗Ghrelin促生长激素分泌的作用。
