摘要 癫癎作为常见的神经系统疾病,其与睡眠之间的关系也是密不可分的,睡眠可以诱发癫癎发作和发作间期癎样放电,癫癎也会改变睡眠结构,引起睡眠障碍,二者相互作用形成恶性循环,严重影响着人们的工作、生活和学习。该文就癫癎和睡眠之间的相互关系,抗癫癎药物对睡眠的影响以及睡眠基因对睡眠的调控等方面的研究进展作一综述。
