摘要
介绍了采用普通送丝电机条件下,基于送丝电机感应电压与其旋转速度的关系,利用送丝电机的感应电压实现送丝电机转速反馈的转速控制调速系统。送丝电机工作时,在功率驱动装置向送丝电机提供能量的前一时刻,先对送丝电机的感应电压进行脉冲采样,然后根据采样的反馈量来调整PWM的输出脉冲宽度,进而控制送丝电机的能量供给,可以准确地对送丝电机速度进行反馈及调整控制,提高了送丝系统的静态精度,改善了送丝调速系统的性能。
In this paper,based on the relation of inductive voltage and rotating speed of a wire-feed motor,an inductive voltage feedback wire-feed system is introduced.When wire-feed motor working,the power supply of the wire-feed motor is adjusted according the inductive voltage feedback which is taking a pulse sample before the power drive output.Thus,much more exact wire-feed speed feedback and wire-feed speed adjustability may be actualized.It is improved that the static precision and performance of wire-feed system.
