摘要
植酸盐又称为磷酸肌醇，用９９ｍＴｃ标记后进行肝、淋巴显像。此文讲述了在无菌条件下制作植酸钠标记药盒，并进行了动物试验。９９ｍＴｃ标记植酸钠１３００例肝显像及淋巴显像，具有显像清晰、放射性本底低、患者辐射小、标记率大于９０％以上，操作简便等优点。
Stannous phytate is also named inosikal hexaphosphate,and 99 mTc-labeled stannous phytate is used as liver or lymph node scanning agent.A new method for preparation of 99 mTc-labeled stannous phytate is reported here along with animal tests. About 1300 excellent liver and lymph node images are obtained by 99 mTc-labeled stannous phytate.99 mTc-labeled stannous phytate is a very excellent scanning agent with its lower radio active background and exposure rate,its labelling rate is higher than 90% and it is simpler and quicker in operation.
