氧化亚铁硫杆菌在固体培养基上的最佳生长行为 被引量:1

摘要 为了氧化亚铁硫杆菌更好地在实际中应用,该文主要研究了氧化亚铁硫杆菌在固体培养基上培养的生长行为,分别研究了凝固剂、pH值、温度对T.f菌生长的影响。结果表明该菌菌落在固体培养基上生长的最佳条件:选用琼脂作凝固剂,温度为30℃,pH为2.5。 To apply much better Thiobacillus ferrooxidan in reality, growth of thiobacillus ferrooxidan in solid culture medium was studied in thesis. The influences on coagulant, the temperature, the pH to growth of thiobacillus ferrooxidan were inspected. The best cultivating condition of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans was obtained- the agar was used as coagulant, the pH value was 2.5, the temperature was 30℃.
