内毒素条件下中性粒细胞／血管内皮细胞膜表面CD18／ICA…

摘要
应用细胞酶联免疫吸附测定法（ＲＬＩＳＡ）测定内纱刺激条件下，中性粒细胞（ＰＭＮ）和增益脐静脉内皮细胞（ＶＥＣ）膜表面主要粘附分子的表达，前者检测ＣＤ１８，后者检测作为ＣＤ１８配体的细胞间粘附分子－－１（ＩＣＡＭ－１）。结果表明：内毒素可迅速导致ＰＭＮ膜表面ＣＤ１８的表达，半小时内达表达高峰，增另刺激时间不能持续其表达水平，ＶＥＣ在内毒素刺激诱导３ｈ后。
