摘要
对诱变、原生质体融合及基因技术在环境工程中的研究进展进行了概述;说明了现代生物技术在环境工程上的应用主要集中在构建高效工程用菌去除难降解有毒物质方面;指出了生物修复技术具有较好的生态和经济效益,发展应用前景广阔。
This paper summarizes research porgress in the application of mutation,protoplast fusion and transgenic technology in environmental engineering and indicates that the application mainly focuses on using efficient engineering strains to decompose poisonous materials.Biological restoring technology has better ecological and economic benefit and has broad development and application future.
