摘要
目的建立芪术颗粒质量控制方法。方法用薄层色谱法对该药的黄芪、白术、丹参、柴胡、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用薄层色谱法测定该药黄芪中黄芪甲苷的含量。薄层色谱条件为:波长λs=530nm,λR=650nm。结果该药薄层层析斑点清晰集中,含量测定黄芪甲苷在1.01~5.03μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为96.07%,RSD=0.89%(n=5)。结论该方法准确、重现性好、专属性强,可作为芪术颗粒的质量标准。
Objective To establish the method for quality control of Qizhu Granules. Methods Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao, Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. , Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. , Bupleurum chinense DC. and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. were identified by TLC. The content of Astragaloside was determined by TLC. Conditions of TLC was: wavelength λs=530 nm,λR =650 nm. Results The spots of TLC were clear and concentrative. The linear regression for Astragaloside was obtained over the range of 1.01 -5.03 μgo The arerage recovery was 96.07% ,RSD = 0.89% (n = 5 ). Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible and exclusive. It can be used for quality control of Qizhu Granules.
