摘要
目的建立开口箭中总皂苷含量测定方法。方法采用比色法：香草醛-冰醋酸溶液为发色体系，检测波长为（458±2）nm。结果标准曲线在0．10～0．40mg范围内（r=09997）线性关系良好。平均回收率97．2％，方法的变异系数为4．57％，测得开口箭70％乙醇提取物中总皂苷平均含量为13．51％。结论方法简便，准确，重现性好，可用于开口箭总皂苷含量测定。
Objective To set up an assay method for the determination of total saponin in Tupistra chinensis Bak. Methods The samples were determined by spectrophotometry. The detective wavelength was （458 ±2）nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 1 -0.4 nag and the average recovery was 97.2% （RSD 〈 4.57% ）. Conclusion The method is reliable,accurate. It can be used for the quality control of the total saponin in Tupistra chinensis Bak.
