摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)在设计胫后动脉皮瓣中的应用价值。方法本组15例拟行胫后动脉皮瓣手术患者,术前均采用CDFI探测胫后动脉主干及肌皮穿支血管内径、位置、数量并予以体表标记和记录与手术对照。结果共探及39条胫后动脉肌皮穿支,其内径约0.5-0.9mm。手术证实彩色多普勒超声定位准确,14例皮瓣存活,1例因血供区穿支动脉少(1支)而放弃。结论彩色多普勒超声能无创、准确地测定胫后动脉肌皮穿支的分布、数量、内径,对临床皮瓣的设计有重要的指导意义。
Objective To explore the value of color doppler ultrasound in the design of posterior tibial arterial skin flaps. Methods Fifteen patients were included in this study. Before operation, color doppler ultrasound was used to determine the radius and the number of the posterior tibial artery and its branches in order to design the skin flaps. Results Thirty-nine posterior tibial arterial branches were examined by color doppler ultrasound successfully and all the results were confirmed by operation, 14 skin flaps survived while 1 was given up because of lack of branches of posterior tibial artery. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound is a non-invasive, accurate technic in designing posterior tibial arterial skin flaps.
