摘要
目的探讨烟酰胺对实验性大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用。方法Wistar大鼠21只,分为正常对照组、心肌缺血模型非治疗组、心肌缺血烟酰胺治疗组。用异丙基肾上腺素复制心肌缺血模型,观察3组大鼠的血清CPK(肌酸磷酸激酶)、LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)及心肌组织学改变。结果与未治疗组相比,烟酰胺治疗组的血清CPK.LDH水平明显降低(P<0.05),并且心肌组织学损害较轻。结论烟酰胺可能对异丙基肾上腺素所致心肌损害有保护作用。
Objective To research the protective effect of ulcotinamide on isoproterenol- induced myocardial ischemia rat.Methods Tweoty-one Wistur ratS were devided into normal control group, untreated myocardial ischemia group and nicotinamde treated myocardial ischemia group.The mycardial ischemia model was established in rats by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol.The levels of creatine Phosphokinase (CPK), and factate dehydrogenace (LDH) in serum were measured and the changes of myocardial tissue were observed in all rats. Results Compared with untreated myocardial ischemia group, the leveIs of CPK and LDH in serum of nicotinamide- treated myocardial ischemin group were reduced obvinusly (P<0.05) and the myocardis1 tissue injury was less severe.Conclusinn Nicotinamide may Play a protective role in isoproterenal- induced myocardial iachemia rats.
