摘要
"艺术类学生个性"在理论上和日常管理中已不是新概念,但长期以来,对艺术类学生个性的内涵、特征和成因,学界缺乏理论的思考和系统的研究。从理论上廓清艺术类学生个性的内涵、特征和成因,有利于摸索和探讨适合艺术类学生个性的管理和教育模式,具有重要的现实和理论意义。
Personalities of the students of art is not a new concept in the academic aspect and daily management. However, the theoretical thinking and systematical study on the connotation, characteristics and causes of art major students＂ personalities has long been neglected. The theoretically expurgation of the above three aspect of art major Students; personalities has a practical and academic significance to the discussion and probe into the proper managing and educational mode for art major student.
