美国果品等级标准制定与实施研究 被引量:5

摘要 自愿标准、实用性、反映广泛利益、满足需求、农业部负责、过程公开是美国等级标准制修订的主要特点。AMS分级、检验和证明服务是促进美国等级标准实施的重要因素。美国果品等级标准体系非常完善,包括31项新鲜水果标准、15项加工用水果标准和11项坚果标准。我国果品标准制修订应采取制定等级标准、借鉴国外先进标准、及时修订、集中管理等策略,并通过拓宽信息获取途径、建立果品分级与检验服务体系、加强果品包装标识管理、提高果业组织化程度等措施,促进其实施。
