从分析贫困县的特点出发，探讨了贫困县可持续发展的特殊内涵；分析了贫困县实现可持续发展的障碍；
By analysing the characteristic of poor counties,the special meaning of sustainable development and advanced countermeasure to implement sustainable development in poor counties were put foward.
