摘要
目的 探讨老年高血压患者的脉压与左心室肥厚的关系。方法 对114例年龄超过60岁的高血压患者应用超声心动图测量左室室间隔厚度（IVST）及左室室壁厚度（PWT），根据公式测得左室重量指数（LVMI）。按脉压（PP）和平均动脉压（MBP）进行分组比较，以MBP≤110mmHg及〉110mmHg分别分成两组，再以PP≤60mmHg及〉60mmHg分别分成两个亚组。结果 MBP相同，PP不同，LVMI差异有显著性。MBP不同，PP相同，LVMI差异无显著性。PP增加LVMI增加，LVMI与SBP及PP呈正相关，与DBP呈负相关。结论 在高血压患者，尤其是老年高血压患者脉压增大与高血压左室肥厚有密切关系。
Objective To explore the relationship between pulse pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy in subjects with essential hypertension in elderly. Methods IVST and PWT were measured by echocardiography in 114 essential hypertension patients who were older than 60 years. LVMI of all patients were calculated. All the subjects were classified by PP≤60mmHg, 〉 60 mmHg and MBP≤110mmHg, 〉 110 mmHg differently. Results LVMI were different significantly in the groups with the same MBP and different PP. LVMI were similar in the groups with the same PP and different MBP. Conclusion In the hypertensive patients, especially in the elderly one, there was a significant relationship between pulse pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy.
