摘要
研究了锌(Ⅱ)与水杨基荧光酮-酒石酸盐-阳离子表面活性剂形成四元混配型络合物的显色反应,研究了络合物形成条件和光谱特性.试验结果表明,在pH=8.3的硼砂-盐酸缓冲介质中,络合物最大吸收波长为563nm,表观摩尔吸光系数达1.47×105Lmol-1cm-1,锌含量在0~10μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律.该法显色迅速,络合物稳定,显色后放置3h,吸光度几无变化.所拟方法在草酸钠、硫脲等掩蔽剂存在下,用于水相直接测定环境水标样,大米粉标样及实物中的微量锌,结果满意.
A colour reaction of zinc with Salicyfluorone(SAF),Tartrate(Tart) and CTMAB has been studied by spectrophotometrically.It is shown that zinc can be formed a quaternary complex with the above reagents at pH 8.3.The complex is stable at least 3 h.The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is about 1.47×10 5 at 563 nm,and the composition ratio of Zn(Ⅱ) to SAF to Tart is 1∶2∶1.Beer′s law is obeyed for zinc(Ⅱ) in the range of 0 ̄10 μg/25 ml.A simple and highly selective method has been successfully applied to the determination of zinc in food and environmental water samples.
