摘要
本文采用微量凯氏定氮法测定了家兔晶状体总蛋白和水溶性蛋白的百分含量，结果分别为３３８．１±５０．１ｍｇｇ－１和３０８．９±６３．２ｍｇｇ－１，晶状体水溶性蛋白含量约占晶状体总蛋白含量的９１．４％。
It is reported that the levels of proteins in normal lens of rabbits are measured by the micro Kjedahl's method.The levels of total protein in lens is 338.1±50.1mg per gram,and the ones of watersoluble protein in lens is 308.9±63.2mg per gram.The results is important in researching biochemical changes of lens proteins in the rabbit.
