摘要
从新疆吐鲁番土壤中筛选出三株酵母菌,在不同的培养基、温度和pH条件下对它们的产蛋白质量进行了研究,从中筛选出产蛋白质量较高的菌株Sy95-001,这将对生产具有一定的实践意义。
Three strains of yeast were selected from the soil of Tulufan in Xinjiang. The rroduction of proteins by them were studied in the different medium, found temperature and pH. We found that the strain of SY95-001 is the strain of high production of proteins.
