摘要
考虑了教育投资导出的一类非线性整数规划．讨论其解集的性质，给出了一个可行解是最优解的充要条件和求解方法，讨论了计算时间复杂性。
Some nonlinear integer programming problems derived from investment for education are considered.The properties of the set of all solutions to the problem are also discussed.Then we give a necessare and sufficient condition for a vector to be optimal and also a method to solve the problem and its complexity are discussed.Finally,a practical example is given.
