摘要
以双酚AF和4,4-二氟二苯酮、4,4-二氯二苯砜为单体采用亲核取代反应,通过缩聚法合成了新型含氟聚芳醚酮(PAEK-AF)和含氟聚芳醚砜(PAES-AF)。凭借FT-IR、GPC、DSC、TGA等分析手段对聚合物的结构和性能进行了表征和研究。结果表明:所合成的PAEK-AF和PAES-AF具有较高的分子量(Mw>2.4×105);良好的耐热性(玻璃化转变温度Tg分别为163、200℃),优异的热稳定性(空气中失重5%的温度分别为515、525℃);1 MHz下的介电常数分别是1.69和1.89;良好的溶解性,室温下能溶解在N甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基乙酰胺、四氢呋喃、氯仿等有机溶剂中。
Novel poly(aryl ether ketone)(PAEK-AF) and poly(aryl ether sulfone)(PAES-AF) containing fluorine were synthesized from bisphenol AF, 4,4-difluorobenzophenone and 4,4-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone via nucleophilic substitution reactions. The as-synthesized polymers were studied and characterized by FT-IR, GPC,DSC and TGA. The results show that the PAEK-AF and PAES-AF have high molecular weight(Mw〉2.4 × 10^5) , glass transition temperatures Tg 163 ℃ and 200 ℃, 5 % weight loss temperature 515℃ and 525 ℃, and lower dielectric constant 1.69 and 1.89 at 1 MHz, respectively. The polymers have good solubility in some solvents such as NMP, DMAc, THF,chloroform etc at room temperature.
