摘要
OPC技术是OLE(对象链接和嵌入)技术在过程控制中的应用,它为开发应用程序的不同厂商提供了一项共同遵循的通信标准。本文介绍一种使用OPC技术,利用西门子S7-200系列产品及PC Access软件对纸机流浆箱控制系统进行监控操作的方法。实验表明,该技术的应用不仅操作简单,大大减少了系统集成过程的重复开发,而且实用性强,成本低廉,具有较高的推广价值。
OPC technology is the application of OLE technology on process control. It supplies a common communication criterion for different manufacturers who develop program, and reduces the repeating development in the integrated process of system greatly. This paper introduces a kind of method using for monitoring and operating head box control system. OPC technology, Siemens＇ PLC S7-200 series products, and PC Access software is used in this method. Decoupling control arithmetic of total pressure and pulp level is explained. Application of this technology is operated easily, has high Practicability and low cost, and great superiority in advance and expansibility. It can be popularized well.
