摘要
通过对光叶楮白皮生物浆进行氧碱漂白,发现浆中的黑皮和绿皮影响纸浆白度,探讨了对黑皮和绿皮的分离和去除方法。结果表明:用30目和40目筛网处理,可基本筛除绿皮,并去除50%左右的黑皮,白度可由43.2%ISO提高到68.9%ISO;利用离心分离的方法进一步去除黑皮效果明显,浆浓在0.05%时,黑皮去除率可达80.70%,白度达到71.7%ISO。
In the oxygen caustic bleaching process, the green bast and black bast in the pulp take terrible effect on the pulp brightness.So we discuss how to remove the green bast and black bast from the biopulp. The results indicate by the 30 mesh or 40 mesh screen, all the green bast and about half of the black bast are separated and removed from the bio-pulp, the brightness is improved from 43.2%ISO to 68.9%ISO. The method of centrifugal separation is put forward, by which most of the remained black basts are removed. When the consistency of the pulp is 0.05%,the removal rate of black bast is up to 80.70%, the brightness is up to 71.7%ISO.
