摘要
介绍了异形零件线切割加工和平直段加工的特点以及在线切割加工过程中平直段的加工技巧,对从事慢走丝线切割的加工有一定的借鉴作用,同时也能充分发挥机床的加工能力。
The characteristic of wedm for processing irregular parts and straight section were stated. The technique in treating the straight section by wedm was also discussed. The application of the technique can make the capability of machine tools be fully used and it will be certain references to the slow filament-moving wedm processing.
