摘要
在绩效工资的设计和实施过程中,应处理好"普惠和激励、倾斜和公平"的关系,做到激励、保障和调节三大功能相互协调,建立教师收入水平长效增长机制,形成广大教职员工各尽其能、各得其所而又和谐相处的良好局面。
The characteristics of income system of higher education institutions, According to practice of postperformanee-based payment in a university, the structure of performance payment and the design principle of salary structure. The essay advises building a long-acting increase mechanism by coordinating three functions of incentive, security, and adjustment.
