摘要
从亮叶杨桐中分离提取出生物活性物质，并进行小鼠体内抗肿瘤试验，研究结果表明，亮叶杨桐提取物在剂量为５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ时对小鼠肉瘤Ｓ－１８０抑瘤率为６４％。对艾氏腹水癌小鼠的生命延长率为５１．２％。
In this study, a biological active sustance was extracted and isolated from Ad- inandra nitida Merr. ex H.L.Li. The antitumor assays in mice were evaluated. The results obtained have indicated that the extracted substances can not only significantly inhibit the growth of Sarcoma-180 cells implanted subcutaneously in mice but also lengthen the life span in mice with Ehrlich ascites carcinoma at a dosage of 500mg/kg per day X 10 , and with no sign of intoxication. The inhibition ratio of tumor is 64. 0% in mice with S- 180 and the prolongation in life span (ILS) is about 51. 2% in mice with Ehrlich ascites carcinoma. These effects appear to be dosage-depedent.
