摘要
根据现场施工经验,重点介绍了重防腐技术在变电站钢结构涂装中的涂装配套方案选择,以及钢结构表面的处理和涂装工艺要求。变电站纲结构原采用的是普通油漆防腐涂装,油漆防腐保护只能维持1-2年。而对变电站纲结构表面进行重防腐油漆涂装,保护能达到10-15年。
The protection effect of common oil paint applied in substation steel structure could last one to two years while that of heavy-duty anticorrosive paint could maintain 10 to 15 years. According to construction experience,the author introduced how to choose coordinated scheme of heavy-duty anticorrosive technique,treatment on steel surface and request on paint.
