摘要
目的:对所筛选细菌进行降黏实验以证明所筛选的细菌具有降低原油黏度的作用.方法:运用NDJ-8S型数显黏度计对培养的菌液进行测量.结果:32株细菌均有不同程度的降黏作用,降黏率最高达到94.18%.结论:所分离的32株细菌均有降低原油黏度的作用.
The experiment is set up with the aim of observing whether the screened bacteria can reduce viscosity by viscosity lowering test. NDJ - 8S viscosity diagraph is applied to measuring the viscosity of leavening. The results show that 32 strain bacteria have different degree in ability of reducing viscosity, in which the most ratio of viscosity lowering is 94.18% .So a conclusion that all of the bacteria have capacity of reducing viscosity can be draw.
